Who can apply
Anyone whose personal data is processed in Kulvar can apply to exercise their rights under Article 11 of KVKK. A parent or legal guardian can apply on behalf of a user under 18.
How to apply
Send your request to support@unichat.dev, if possible from the email address registered to your Kulvar account. Putting “KVKK Request” in the subject line helps us handle it faster.
What to include
- your name and surname;
- an email address where we can reach you;
- the email address registered to your Kulvar account;
- what you’re asking for, and why;
- if you’re applying as a parent, a note saying so.
We may ask for more information to make sure the request really comes from you.
When we answer
We answer your request as soon as possible, depending on what it involves, and within the period set by KVKK. If you find our answer insufficient, you keep the right to apply to the Personal Data Protection Board.

- You can export a copy of your data from the app.
- You can correct some of your account details in the app’s settings.
